Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages :Currently we do not offer Returns after you buy the products. In case a customer needs to exchange their product, they need to ship it to our address and after verification, only the exchange will be offered.

In case Damaged goods are received, the amount of damage will determine our action.

Minor Damage: Scratches on cover, misprints, errors in content, corners torn, etc.

Major Damage: item received in completely unusable condition.

In case of Minor Damage: NO returns/exchange will be entertained.

In case of Major Damage: Only after verification another unit of same item will be provided for free.
